Last Movie Night of 2013

Our last monthly movie night was this past Wednesday, and we celebrated a series of wonderful movies and conversations. We had prizes and food, and watched and discussed Shift, a climate change documentary. We ended the evening and the series with the question: what is our vision for a shift away from fossil fuel dependency, and how do we get there? Please comment here on your thoughts about that. We plan to discuss this more as a group of transitioners in January, as part of our new year planning. But in the meantime, let’s review the fun we had this past Wednesday, here are some photos and some thanks for our prize donors!

Prize donors included: Waste Management Waterloo Region, Alternatives Journal, Seven Shores, Queen Street Yoga, Baileys Local Foods and Reduce the Juice. Thanks!
